1. Remove lid and add water or beer
    • 16 oz. for 1-4 meals
    • 24 oz. for 5-8 meals
  2. Gently but firmly replace the lid and place on strong heat source.
  3. As soon as steam starts to escape, begin timing:
    • For 1 Meal - 20-25 minutes
    • For 2-4 Meals - 25-30 minutes
    • For 5-8 Meals - 30-35 minutes
  4. Remove from heat source. Use caution while gently pulling string to open lid. HOT STEAM!
